![]() This is a severe personality disorder encompassing two distinguishable symptomatic factors–affective and interpersonal deficits (interpersonal manipulation, callousness, shallow affect, lack of empathy, known as Factor 1 traits) and life course persistent antisocial and impulsive behaviours (impulsive and reckless behaviour, juvenile delinquency, and early behavioural problems, known as Factor 2 traits).
